3. Order, Delivery & Shipping
- We offer home delivery and express shipping (within 24 hours, subject to location and availability).
- Store Pickup is available. You must carry a valid photo ID or an authorization letter if someone else picks up the order.
- Express delivery is available only on selected products and locations.
4. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- Some items (personal care, promotional offers, free gifts) are non-returnable.
- Refunds will be processed after deduction of 5% transaction charges (plus taxes).
- If replacement is unavailable, refund will be issued.
5. Payment Terms
- We accept online payments only.
- Please do not pay extra charges like octroi or tips to courier staff.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (before status changes to "shipped") and within 4 hours of order placed time.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nishvan Aesthetic shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages, including but not limited to delays, delivery issues, or loss of data due to website usage or product purchase.
