    3. Order, Delivery & Shipping

    • We offer home delivery and express shipping (within 24 hours, subject to location and availability).
    • Store Pickup is available. You must carry a valid photo ID or an authorization letter if someone else picks up the order.
    • Express delivery is available only on selected products and locations.

    4. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
    • Some items (personal care, promotional offers, free gifts) are non-returnable.
    • Refunds will be processed after deduction of 5% transaction charges (plus taxes).
    • If replacement is unavailable, refund will be issued.

    5. Payment Terms

    • We accept online payments only.
    • Please do not pay extra charges like octroi or tips to courier staff.

    6. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (before status changes to "shipped") and within 4 hours of order placed time.
